Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with CB & Co. Baby Boutique! As a small, mama-owned business, we carefully select each item with love and appreciate your understanding of our return policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our small business and limited inventory, all sales are considered final. We do not offer standard returns or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t fit quite as expected!

Size Exchanges & Store Credit

Size exchanges or store credit may be offered at the discretion of CB & Co. Baby Boutique, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

To be considered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved exchanges or returns for store credit must be arranged locally. We do not accept mailed returns or exchanges for sizing or changes of mind.

Store credit will be issued only after an approved item has been received and inspected.

Custom & Seasonal Items

Personalized items, custom orders, clearance merchandise, and holiday or seasonal products are final sale and are not eligible for discretionary exchanges or store credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in carefully inspecting and packaging every order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when possible.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

If an item needs to be returned because of our error or a defect, we will coordinate the return at no cost to you.
